Terms & Conditions

Definitions
In these terms and conditions 'The Seller' means Unicorn, and 'The Buyer' means the purchaser of goods from 'The Seller' under these terms and conditions.

Prices
Prices are correct at time of print but are subject to alteration, without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT at ruling rates.

Payment
Payment is due in full prior to despatch of goods.

Returned Goods
If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, a returns authorisation must be requested. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and sent back by Special Delivery. Postage charges are to be paid in full by the customer. The Seller accepts no responsibility for lost parcels. Made to measure or special orders cannot be returned. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Shortages & Damages
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to The Seller within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Delivery
The Seller's policy is to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Times are quoted in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Made to measure or special orders may take up to 3-6 weeks for delivery. Extra handling charge may be incurred for re-despatched parcels.

Delivery Charges
£5.50 is a minimum delivery charge for most parts of the UK, and does vary according to the size and weight of parcel. Channel Islands and off shore islands may vary according to the size and weight of parcel.

Overseas Orders
We welcome orders from anywhere in the world. Please remember postage will vary on destination and weight of the parcel. Price on application.

Cancellations
Prior to despatch, non-standard items such as Made to Measure garments/Special Order garments, cannot be cancelled. Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.

General
We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions whist given as guide, in good faith, are subject to alteration by The Seller without notice. All colours are as near as the printing process will allow.
