**Dave Bartram, Showaddywaddy**

Dave Bartram, lead singer with Showaddywaddy gives his last ever live performance as the bands frontman this Saturday (December 03rd) in Ilkley, Yorkshire, after 38 years. He will continue his involvement with the band in a managerial capacity and the remaining members will continue to tour with his blessing and some new faces added to the lineup. Andy and Becky would like to wish Dave the very best of luck in the future with his new planned projects. Look forward to seeing you on Saturday mate. Incidentally there is a good picture of Dave on stage recently in full Unicorn gear on the top right hand side of our home page.

**DRAPE JACKETS** Our first new batch of drape jackets are now in stock although in very limited supply. They are all single button roll collar types and the new colours currently available are red, grey and burgundy. We are also awaiting delivery of similar jackets in royal blue, light blue and bright pink. These 3 colours can be ordered now on the website but please call first on 07928 391190 to discuss delivery time .

**SHOES** A message for everybody who has enquired recently about various styles of footwear.

As some of you may be aware our footwear supplier has recently retired and we have had difficulty finding a replacement supplier whose product quality meets our required standards.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently in talks with a company who are able supply both the range and quality which we require and we hope to have these items available shortly once everything is finalised.

A big thankyou to all the customers and suppliers who have sent messages of support to us since taking over the running of Unicorn. We are currently working hard on trying to build up the levels of stock in order to offer a wide and more varied range. We expect to see the first of the new batch of drape jackets in a few weeks and will shortly be re-ordering items such as shoes and bootlace ties, as well as a new range of rock n roll themed printed mugs.

We are currently compiling a file of pictures of our customers wearing Unicorn clothing at various events to use on the website and also possibly in our new advertising brochure which we hope to produce shortly. If you have such pictures please email them to us along with brief details of the event and date if possible. We'll include a selection of these on the site for other prospective customers to view.

A QUICK HELLO FROM THE NEW OWNERS.

Hiya, My name is Andy George and I, along with my partner Becky, have taken over the running of Unicorn designs as of January 21st 2011. We are both previous customers of the company and are now looking forward to the challenge of carrying on the excellent work of the last owners. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you all to this new chapter in the history of Unicorn Designs and also to wish the best of luck to Brenda, Brian and Debbie, who can now hopefully take a well earned and much deserved rest.                              

As many of you may already know, the shop in Sneinton has now closed and the business is now based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Although we are currently operating exclusively through the website, the possibility of opening another shop in the future has not been discounted.                                           

                                           Some of you will be aware that stocks of some items are currently running low. Please bear with us in the short term whilst we aquire more stock and also iron out any small issues which can often occur when taking on a business.
